A little oasis for excellent coffee. Occasionally also perfect cakes and bread. This is my number one coffee shop in Paris. The owner Nicolas Clerc sometimes makes bread for sandwiches or Kouign-amann cakes - probably the best I've ever had in my life. It’s a very humble act of passion - the excellent cake is a reflection of the precision in his coffee too, as he’s calibrating the coffee machine between every couple of coffees. This place is just excellent
