Restaurant Växhuset is located inside one of Stockholm’s best night clubs and serves (in our opinion) the best vegan fine dine in town. Like this finely cooked dish; Cabbage root slowly cooked in algal broth, fermented almond, red algae and elderberry. You can also enjoy the most delicious ‘Nattmacka’ (midnight snack) at Växthuset. We are not joking when we are saying the most delicious; Smoke radish with sauerkraut, horseradish mayo, mustard seeds, pickled elderberry on sourdough bread. How yummy? Did we mention it’s all vegan?
