A real street food place in Chinatown serving fish maw and noodle wok. At night I would recommend Ah Tuer, sometimes known as Nai Tuer (it's actually the name of the owner Tuer). This is a true street food place because it's in the middle of the street, close to my restaurant Potong on the other side of Yaowarat Road. They put stools and tables in the middle of the street and start cooking. Plenty of people, loud noises, and the cooks and the reservation guy are always yelling to each other. The best thing they do is the fish maw wok and the wok noodles. It's the best, the flavor of the wok is something that not everyone can create. Even if you would have the same recipe and have that technique, it turns out totally different.
