At Chakaiseki Akiyoshi, the menu created by Yuichiro (who previously worked at Hyotei in Kyoto) respects the aesthetic of traditional kaiseki and features seasonal dishes of the highest quality.The atmosphere feels almost spiritual, and the tableware is of high aesthetic value, made using precious materials such as hinoki wood and ceramics brought from Japan.
