Tom Brown is a great up and coming chef who cooks with a passion for great seafood and seasonal produce. The menu showcases british seafood, cooked with respect. The dishes are designed for sharing, but if you have the crab or potted shrimp crumpet, don’t share it, it’s to good to share. Any fish with the chicken butter sauce and the cured seafood dishes can’t be missed.
