No wonder the talk of the town right now is Victor Vautier & Camille Machet’s Early June where it is literally standing room only. For just over a year, they’ve been hosting world chefs as a “pop up” concept in their pretty resto-natural wine bar just off the Canal St Martin. The Owners are polished hospitality pros; creating a DJ-dinner party vibe during service, while each chef-in-residence brings their own style using seasonal French product from the open kitchen. A la carte menus change weekly and wines are chosen just as carefully as the food – only low-intervention dependent wine producers are on offer. Walk-in’s only with reservations for groups 4+.
