Lamb kebab in a crispy bread roll. A late night favourite. There’s plenty of kebab in Copenhagen, and one of the classic places is Kebabistan on Istedgade in Vesterbro. Go for the lamb kebab served in a warm and crispy Turkish bread with all the condiments. Add a bottle of Danish chocolate milk or Ayran, the Turkish salty yoghurt drink. The two square meter big space has room for a few guests to eat by the small standing tables. Note that there are other kebab places with the same name, which are not connected to this Kebabistan.
