La Chassagnette

La Chassagnette is a farmhouse close to Arles in the countryside of France. I went there quite a lot when I worked down South, and it was an hour and a half’s drive and you could go there for lunch on Mondays. It was a set menu with vegetables from their own garden, but also in a Camargue style of cooking classic things with a nice twist. It was such a nice place to go to and I have so sweet memories of that place. Also, I've missed those sandy stones which build up so many houses around Southern France and just feeling the warm walls of the city. Photos: Benoit Millot
