An elevated Roman cuisine. Chef Francesca Ciucci is cooking a diverse, ethnically influenced cuisine. You will find, for instance, dishes that have some kind of Asian influence, but still remains mainly Roman. They have an amazing sommelier, Mirka Guberti, one of the most well known among sommeliers. She's also chef patronne, as they are married and are a wonderful couple. You will find organic or biodynamic wines, champagnes from small houses and other rare wines.
