Lao Tang Braised Goose

My favourite comfort food place in Chinatown, serving stewed goose. It reminds me of my childhood. This is a place that my parents always took me to when I was a kid. It’s a very small place in a small alley, specialised in stewed goose. They've been doing that for over 30 years and it's just stewed goose with 5 spices and you eat the goose with rice and some condiments like vinegar. It's very simple, but for me it's very warming and it reminds me of growing up. Every time people ask me which restaurant I would recommend, it would be this one. It's the best.
