New chef Ben Murphy is at the stoves of this much-loved Kensington institution, turning out playful creations and drawing on international inspiration - mini tacos, bao buns, Japanese mushrooms, yuzu. The menu is emoji-led (very Gaggan in Bangkok) offering guests a glimpse of what they can expect.
