Chef Jonathan Schweizer from Café les deux Gares opened a second place with his sous chef who is a Spanish-Mallorquin. He cooks with just one induction stove on the bar, they wash the dishes in the sink of the bar so the place is very rock'n'roll. The wine list is great, with natural wines and an amazing sommelier. They cook things that are very different, in a Spanish, Mallorcan style that I like very much. This place is super interesting and I really recommend you to discover this place.
