Nõksu, a hidden Korean fine dining restaurant inside a subway station in the middle of Manhattan, hadn't even been open for four weeks when I visited in the beginning of November. The fixed menu contains thirteen dishes, as many as seats the restaurant has. The head chef Dae Kim is Per Se trained and this is not least noticeable in the aesthetics, also in perfect flavors and compositions.
