Octavium opened by well known Master Chef Umberto Bombana. The restaurant is located right in Central area of Hong Kong, a really convenient area if you want to have a nice lunch. In the night time the dining room shines up from the city’s atmosphere and gives you a relaxing feeling. Behind the stove you’ll find Chef Silvio Armani grinding the pots and pans. The food is top notch with beautifully sourced ingredients. Service is impeccable and they have some really good Italian wines to enjoy from the cellar.
