When people ask for somewhere a little different to visit in London I always recommend Pidgin. It has taken the relaxed vibe of neighbood dining and inserted front and centre some of the best thought out cooking in town. Small, well crafted plates make up a no-choice menu of 5 course, plus snacks, set menu that changes weekly and has never featured the same dish twice! The style is definitely modern British but with Asian techniques and ingredients creating another layer of intrigue. I could eat here every week without ever getting bored!
