A place that opened not too long ago. The chef of Polpo is Viviana Varese. She’s a Michelin star chef in Milan and she opened up this kind of 1980’s restaurant. Polpo means octopus, and the restaurant is specialized in fish. You have all these fish that you can choose from and she’s grilling a lot of the fish.
