Quay Restaurant

I love everything that Peter Gilmore does. I think Pete's food is just so delicious and he's one of the original and the greats. And still very strongly in the game and. Quay is in a gorgeous location. It's one of those iconic Sydney restaurants that really makes you feel like you're in Sydney. You go and sit, you've got the Harbour bridge there and the Opera house, and it is gorgeous. The service is really relaxed style and every dish just comes out and is just so delicious. It's so well executed, the technique that goes into it is just flawless and tasty as well, which is sometimes unusual for fine dining. At Quay Pete just wants to slap you with some flavour and that's a really good thing.
