The appraised chef Henri Alén opened recently Fiasco by Ultima at the old Ultima premises. He was unable to go to his annual trip to Northern Italy due to Covid19. Hence, he half seriously opened an Italian restaurant ”temporarily”. In a couple of days, reservation books were full until mid October. And with good reason. Alén combines traditional Italian dishes with Nordic ingredients and often creates dishes with a contemporary twist. The wine list has changed accordingly. Book long in advance. Value for money.
