Best Persian Food in Dubai Rivas is where we Dubai locals go for Iranian food. It is hidden inside a small neighborhood mall near Burj Al Arab hotel. The food is exquisite. The grills are done to perfection. Everything you have there is incredible and tastes like home cooking. The reason is the owner Masoud who puts in long hours and much love into his place.
