They’ve only had a handful of Chef de Cuisines here over the years, and each one seemingly has their own style. This is far from stuffy food, in fact, best to bring a few friends so you can all try each other’s dishes. Sit at the long counter though for a bird’s eye view of the real action, where proteins are grilled, roasted and smoked over open flame.
