Rovello 18 serves delicacies from the regions of Piedmont and Lombardy any given day you will find great classic dishes from both regions, prepared by Chef Michele De Liguoro. Gastronomic delights such as riso al salto, cotoletta, vitello tonato, ravioli del plin, tagliatelle with salsiccia from Bra, beef tartare al coltello Piemontese, to name but a few. Note also a collection of over 800 wines from renowned Italian wine producers.
