Restaurant Sapiens x Jaime Pesaque was opened two years ago in the San Isidro area in Lima, with a very direct cooking concept, where the ancestral mastery of fire is complemented by high quality ingredients.
All dishes are prepared on a 7-meter long parrilla. We tried many perfectly prepared vegetables, but also great Peruvian fideua and a huge perfectly cooked tomahawk.
They also serve a nice selection of homemade charcuterie.
