Si! Mon

Located in Venice Beach, Di! Mon presents chef José Olmedo’s next evolution after Fonda Lo Que Hay and Donde José, both in Panama. With a very seafood and vegetable centric menu, Panamanian flavors and techniques are very present, but also Chinese, Korean, Latin American and Afro Caribbean are too. A nice cocktail program is complemented with some very interesting wines to make it a full experience. It is recommended to order plates at the centre for sharing.
