Great newcomerRun by Adam & Albin behind the wonderful one-star restaurant of the same name. In the former Meatpacking District. Imagine a dose of Tel Aviv, a splash of Italy with a lot of influences from Oaxaca and Los Angeles. That's how I see this restaurant.Very good and well-prepared food with fresh ingredients prepared with care. Hummus with salsa macha and warm pita bread became an instant favourite. Wonderful steak tartare, hot, crispy and spicy squid with kale lemon salad, pine kernels, and Oyster mushroom kebab with guacamole are some dishes that have quickly become some of my favourites.Fun and exciting wine list that goes a little outside the classics with well-selected wines.
