A Japanese restaurant operated by the miso and soy sauce store Suju Masayuki Shoten, originating in Karuizawa, and providing freshly cooked dished in a curated and modern izakaya style restaurant. The place is located at first floor in Midtown Tokyo and provide several recipes with rice with seasonal vegetables and ingredients from the Shinshu region. You should definitely try one of the stews, made with soy sauce and mirin so slightly sweet both made with fish or meat and the tofu. Plain tofu is here served really cold, with red caramelized red beans and fresh leek. Perfect for lunch.
