Excellent Cantonese cooking served in family sharing portions. We started with typhoon shelter deep fried fish skin and then moved on to a simple but elegantly executed fried rice, sweet and sour pork, braised glass noodles and mushrooms, tofu braised in a pumpkin sauce and a simple but exceptionally delicious plate of stir fried cabbage shoots.
