Chinese food in Peru is very strong with the Peruvian-Chinese cuisine that we call chifa. Among these restaurants I love Titi, that’s been there for more than 60 years. They serve the best wontons in town. Also great duck, pork belly and dim sum. My favourite dish is their sautéed beef tenderloin with garlic and fermented soy, a beautiful dish. Sweet and sour pork, which sounds simple, but they do it perfect. And some spicy noodles.
