Trout along with miso, asparagus and morels. Crisp monkfish karaage … good cabbage with fresh sesame oil, tsukemono of daikon, spicy sheep curry the Portugese way. Very nice “beak to tail” yakitori with lots of cuts from chicken on sticks and made on a robata grill and fire and wonderful mochi with strawberries. The place is run in collaboration between the sake sommelier Henrik Ando Levinsen who is serving a lot of different and wonderful types of Japanese sake.
