Albert Adrià
Chef at Enigma
Albert Adrià is known as one of the trailblazers of molecular gastronomy and modernist cuisine. He and his brother Ferran Adrià ran the legendary Spanish restaurant El Bulli (1983-2011), where Albert Adrià served as creative head pastry chef. After El Bulli, he opened several successful restaurants, including Tickets, Pakta and Bodega 1900. Currently, his main restaurant is Enigma in Barcelona.
