Brazil-born and Barcelona-based, Bruna Amendola is an entrepreneur spreading the joys of gastronomy through collaborations with various gastronomy organizations globally. She is the co-founder of Foggo, an annual festival that celebrates fire-cooked food and unites international chefs to share their culinary traditions. With a degree in Hospitality and Marketing, Bruna has dedicated more than half of her professional life to restaurant management and F&B events, connecting people through food and using her expertise in relationship marketing.
