Giuseppe Lo Iudice

Giuseppe Lo Iudice is the chef and co-owner of Retrobottega and its declinations in the heart of Rome. Originally from Salerno, Lo Iudice was trained in restaurants across the globe, from New York and London to Berlin and Milan. Together with Alessandro Miocchi, they opened Retrobottega in 2015, the restaurant of their dreams with a natural and intense cuisine in a blend of land and research. Today, the duo also runs RetroPasta, RetroVino and RetroCaffè between Piazza Navona and the Pantheon.
