Guglielmo Chiarapini was born in Rome in 1991 and grew up in Viterbo. His passion for cooking and good food led him to start working in restaurants. After a period in Gualtiero Marchesi’s kitchen in Milan, together with Francesco Capuzzo Dolcetta, they ventured to France. After their paths split, Guglielmo returned to Italy to the kitchens of the Da Caino restaurant in Montemerano for almost 5 years, until he became the right arm of Valeria Piccini. After this Guglielmo joined Francesco at the Marzapane restaurant in Rome, where they took the lead. After
