Tim Raue

Tim Raue is one of Germany’s best-known chefs. He has redefined German top gastronomy and made a name for himself internationally. Restaurant Tim Raue in Berlin has been awarded two Michelin stars and was ranked No. 26 by the World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2022. Tim Raue is also a culinary consultant for Brasserie Colette Tim Raue in Munich, Constance and Berlin as well as Villa Kellermann in Potsdam and TUI Mein Schiff cruiseships. He can be seen in the Netflix series "Chef's Table", where he talks about his background and his path to becoming one of Germany’s most famous chefs.
