Virginia is a food and drink writer based in San Francisco. She has worked as an editor for Zagat, as national editor and VP for Table8 a critic for San Francisco Guardian and a Time Out columnist, as well as writing for numerous international publications. She also regularly covers bars, cocktails and spirits for Liquor, Distiller and more. She launched her website, The Perfect Spot, in 2007 where she writes about where to eat and drink around the globe.
