Garima Arora is the chef and owner of Restaurant Gaa in Bangkok. She was born in a Punjabi family and grew up in Mumbai. In 2018, Arora earned a Michelin star for her restaurant at the age of 32 and in the following year, Restaurant Gaa made its debut on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants list at No. 16 with the Highest New Entry Award.
