Chef Petter Nilson is the chef at the restaurant Petri in Stockholm, Sweden. He’s had a career spanning over more than 35 years in Sweden and France. Some 15 years ago, he was part of a small group of the world’s most creative chefs, among them Massimo Bottura, René Redzepi, and Inaki Aizpitarte.
