Modern Spanish Cuisine with Japanese Influence
I had the pleasure of dining at Ando, a new restaurant in Hong Kong by Chef Agustin Balbi. The food was absolutely incredible!
Chef Balbi's modern Spanish cuisine is infused with Japanese influences, and the result is truly unique. I love how creative the experience was, going through journey and the little drawn cards are super cute.
The service was also excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I can't wait to go back!
