Banh Xeo Bar is a beautiful little Asian place in the Cannery in Rosebery, Run by Tania Ho and Ben Sinfield. One of the guys used to work at St. John in London back in the day and he lives and breathes that nose to tail philosophy. It's very unusual I think to see such a small place with hardly no space, take in and literally break down whole pigs and use every part in this beautiful sort of Vietnamese menu with dishes like pigs heads nuggets, and roasting the whole head and using the marrow and lemongrass, beautiful broths that are rich and light.
