You had me at Contra alum and Mexican with Japanese influences… Stunning debut from Chef Fidel Caballero formerly of Contra. Both a tasting menu and à la carte. The vibe is similar to Contra. The food is extremely creative and exectuted at a high level. Think a hypothetical blend of Cosme, Contra with some Japanese influences done in a skillfull and thoughful way. Thrilling and satisifying. Nice wine list. Welcoming, professional hospitality.
