A restaurant and deli made for cured meats lovers. Their charcuterie is made with great respect for Argentinian flavors and ingredients. Highlights include the squid ink salami, blood sausage with fried egg, sobrasada and tongue terrine. Definitely a place to stop at if you enjoy these kinds of foods.
Order a sampler plate and a few sides. House pickles are highly recommended.
Open on Mondays, so it’s a good option when other restaurants are closed. Reservation recommended.
