This joint is minimal, beautiful and layered with good vibes. Simply stunning food and menu in all: four dishes, three drinks. That’s it. A benchmark for restaurant basix in all, without nonsense, excessiveness, pretending or any protocol. Rolled rice noodles in peppery broth with crispy pork and -offal was sublime. Crispy pork itself was so good, we ordered more. One of my fave moments was when taking the initial order from us the waiting person shouted kindly tje order to chef and first dish arrived immediately, without any wait.
