La Mar Cevichería Peruana

La Mar is a typical cevicheria, it's a fish and seafood restaurant. It's owned by Gaston Acurio and they also do a lot of Nikkei style dishes. Basically, it's food from the whole coast of Peru, serving whatever the fishermen catch that day and they’ll prepare it to you either in ceviches, leche de tigre, causas, pasta, grilled, all the preparations you can imagine, with local flavours. It's a very nice place to go for lunch as most cevicherias are open only for lunch. It's a huge place, with good music where you can spend the whole afternoon having drinks and eating delicious food.
