This Pakistani restaurant is one of my favourites in East London. It's a restaurant that I used to go to with my parents a lot when my father was alive, usually after restaurant service. I still love two things on the menu: the lamb chops, which I don't know how they can cut so thin, BBQ it in a tandoor, and keeping them so tender and juicy and beautifully charred on the outside and succulent and full of spice flavour of the inside. The other dish is the chicken on the bone curry, which is also delicious. And then all their breads made to order - the naans, the parathas, whatever it might be. I love the Indian, Pakistani and Sri Lankan breads. When you eat them, straight out of it, it is such a magical experience.
