Facundo Kelemen worked in multiple restaurants all over the world and a couple of years ago he opened Mengano, an amazing restaurant where he takes typical “bodegon” food, which are places to eat traditional food from Buenos Aires, and elevates it with modern twists.
Everything is breathtaking and I recommend the milanesa sandwich, the deer tartare and the revuelto gramajo
