A small restaurant in Stockholm's best restaurant neighbourhood, Vasastan Three young chefs who worked their way around Sthlm decided to settle down and be their own bosses. Prospero is a small restaurant in Stockholm's best restaurant neighbourhood, Vasastan (go figure, my restaurant is down the street, ha!). The tasting menu is 795SEK for six courses plus a couple of snacks which makes it the best value tasting menu in Stockholm. Cooking is modern and the food is delicious! The chefs serve and present the food themselves for an intimate experience. Cepes ice cream for dessert was absolutely fabulous!
