Japanese restaurant offering Omakase, Kaiseki and a la carte.
This is our second visit to this restaurant, and our impression is that the place definitely has improved over the last couple of months.
We usually opt for Nigiri Omakase’s in a place like this, but our impression from the last visit is that we preferred the non-nigiri dishes, so this time we opted for a mix between the nigiri omakase and the kaiseki, and we think this is the best option here.
Focusing on what we had, some of our favorites were:
* Akami, chu-toro, egg yolk and caviar.
* Crab, uni, wasabi flowers and tosazu.
* Grilled red mullet and sudachi.
* Sea bream belly nigiri.
* Iwashi nigiri.
* Chu-toro nigiri.
* Akami nigiri.
* Lobster chawanmushi.
* O-toro nigiri.
* Suzuki and katsuobushi gohan.
We loved the first three appetizers, all delicious, and we really liked the light tempura around the red mullet. A very nice meal and we look forward coming back when we go to Madrid again.
