Sushi - M Tokyo is an incredibile extensive experience where stays for Marriage, so the marriage between sushi and wine/sake/tea pairing. A 12 seats counter, where to taste innovative sushi, accompanied by great wines and artisanal sake presented with great service. The omakase set changes according to the seasons and the dinner session includes Edema sushi and exclusive dishes paired with seven or eight glasses. The rhythm of the dinner is smooth and the menu fits traditional sushi pieces, slightly smoked sashimi parts, soups and light tempura and a single meat course with super tasty Matsusaka fat beef. Absolutely worth it and unique sake selection with rare, limited edition, vintage ones and red sake.
