Parts of the menu are anchored in French classics, others more creative interpretations. If you’re into offals, there's also good options that I can vouch for. Backed by a 500-bin wine list, the focus is not surprisingly on high quality French wines, delving deep into the classic regions. The last few pages also hold some sought-after wines from, for example, Italy and California. If you would like to forgo ordering individual bottles, there’s also a good selection by the glass.
