Chique but relaxed neighbourhood place.Elmer, for me, was unknown. But their new year's menu looked great, and it was great. So I figure it would be a great place to visit year-round. Our menu was a bit more elaborate, because of the festivities. But great flavours, and great quality ingredients produced very nice dishes. Classical wine list, unlike most in the Republique and 11th area.
