Since Ronin was fully booked, we took a chance with a walk-in. We find seats at the bar, right in front of the bartender's station, and it was fantastic. The music was at a perfect volume, and the temperature was just right. We tried two cocktails that we absolutely loved: perfectly balanced with no sugar. They paired wonderfully with the food.
Without delving into detailed descriptions, everything we sampled was impeccably seasoned, pleasantly surprising, and incredibly fresh. I'll definitely make it a point to return on my next visit to Hong Kong.
